An 8-week program meant to bridge the high school athlete from their school cross country program to get them ready to run fast for the school spring track.
- Begins after a 2-week recovery period between seasons.
- Focus will be on gradually increasing mileage and building strength.
- Later in the program tempo runs and other race speed increasing workouts will be added.
- Customization based on the athlete’s experience, age, and ability is included and vital to the safety and success of the athlete.
