About Me
I am a native and current resident of Macon, GA who did not discover my love of running until the age of 42. It was then I became passionate about running and the pursuit of improvement. Since becoming involved with running and local runners, I have thoroughly enjoyed the people and all the activities it has opened up to me and want to help others to find that joy. While I enjoy helping advanced runners fine tune their ability, there is an equal satisfaction in seeing beginners change their lives through improved health and new accomplishments.
Whether your goal is a couch-to-5K experience, moving up your goal to a marathon, or seeking a new 10K personal best, I would welcome the opportunity to help you on your journey.
I feel that in order to succeed, you have to be consistent and disciplined; success will be achieved by training with the correct mixture of volume and quality sessions. I want to see everyone succeed. Even with the best plans, unplanned situations get in the way. This is a perfect opportunity to grow and learn and as a team we can adjust and adapt to keep you on the road to your goal.
Training should be fun. Although the hardest days may be tough, seeing yourself make the steady improvement is truly a great experience!
